“I have created LIVELY INSIGHTS, a boutique marketing agency and a Qualiopi-certified training organization that works with experimented professionals at an international scale in order to provide the best marketing & sustainable innovation solutions for positive development in a healthy ecosystem. Today, my expertise has naturally expanded to include transition management, helping organizations navigate complex strategic developments with agility, proactivity and pragmatism.
With a solid professional experience of over fifteen years, I specialize in development strategy, insights collection, facilitation and professional training in sustainable innovation and transformation.
Also, in the past years I have developed a passion for new forms of agriculture as a way to reduce the human carbon footprint, help the regeneration of entire ecosystems and become more resilient. This led me to co-found LIVELY FARMING in 2024, an agroecology project where I oversee marketing, communication, and the management of the community members.
My excellent interpersonal skills, my active listening and collaborative mindset, as well as my linguistic abilities (I am fluent in French, English, Romanian & Italian) make me a highly adaptable partner for international projects and transition management missions.
I am passionate about human truths and I like to dig deep to find meaningful insights and deliver straightforward and operational recommendations.

Strongly anchored in rigorous financial discipline but constantly thinking about the future, I am convinced that robust financial health, combined with a clear purpose and sustainable strategies, is the cornerstone of long-term resilient business models.
Also, in the past years I have actively channeled my expertise into ecological transition and sustainable food systems. As the co-founder of LIVELY FARMING, I work closely with cooperative models and sustainable agriculture.
